You will find that this investment of time in your self-healing will be worthwhile.
A healing session of Nuad Boran requires a minimum of 90 minutes, preferably 2 hours to be complete. Herbal compresses Luk Pra Kob can also be included in the sessions.
Single Luk Pra Kob treatments can be given in a 1 hour session working all 10 sen lines with steamed herbal compresses (only available at Lavender Healing Arts).
1 hour treatments using traditional Thai acupressure techniques and selected energy-line work for specific pain problems are also available.

Preparing to Un-Thai Yourself!
Thai bodywork uses no oils or lotions and does not work directly on the skin.
Sessions are performed on a futon mat on the floor.
Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing - loose fit or elastic materials - long pants & T-shirt. If necessary, comfortable Thai clothing can be provided.
Please have only a light meal before the treatment. Try to avoid food intake immediately after the session. Drink plenty of water and allow the body to integrate the benefits of this bodywork.
