directions: The studio is located in the Troon North Villages on the south side of Dynamite Blvd (east of Pima Rd and west of Alma School Rd). From Dynamite Blvd access the Villages at Chase Bank and keep driving to the back of the plaza up the hill. Parking space is available right in front of building 10049 #115.

directions: Mercado del Rancho is located on the southeast corner of 92nd Street and Shea Blvd. - east of Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital. You can access the shopping area from both streets. The studio is located in the very southeast courtyard of the shopping area (not visible from the parking lot). Park your car close to Chompies and walk past Sushiko to access the studio.
Preparing to Un-Thai Yourself!
Thai bodywork uses no oils or lotions and does not work directly on the skin.
Sessions are performed on a futon mat on the floor. Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes for a holistic, therapeutic session.
Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing (loose fit or elastic materials, long pants - no shorts). If necessary, comfortable Thai clothing can also be provided.
Please have only a light meal before the treatment. Try to avoid food intake immediately after the session. Drink plenty of water and allow the body to integrate the benefits of this bodywork.
