Thank you, Karen, for a truly miraculous healing experience! I've had a great deal of medical and bodywork since I inherited a chronic pain condition. Many things have been helpful, but your ability to project healing energy is truly astonishing. Whoever encounters the possibility to receive treatment from this amazing body-work, let it be known that the experience can be something one cannot achieve through any other type of body-work. Depending on your level of interest, this body-work will open your entire body. I am a regular yoga practitioner as well as a martial artist, my workout routines also include hiking and working out at the gym. When I first learned of Karen’s ability, it was safe to say that I was in great shape. However, I do have curvature of the spine known as scoliosis and after my very first treatment; I received major improvement in my physical as well as my spiritual being. You can benefit on so many levels when you allow yourself to be connected to areas of your body that normally lack attention. I cannot say enough of how amazing these sessions are. Karen has a healing touch her intentions are pure and that of a true healer. One would be blessed to receive treatment from her, open your mind to the possibilities of the healing that takes place in each moment. I'd broken my pelvis several months ago - had gotten out of alignment. I'd compensated with my right side to protect the injured left side. I'd even stopped going to yoga - the thought of stretching my body was painful. I received a two hour treatment - I feel released from my bound-up body - I feel lighter and free of pain... the massage (treatment) was great. Karen's healing hands are a wonderful gift. My first time with Karen. My whole body needs work. I have lots of body injuries. Cracked and damaged tailbone, three ruptured discs etc. At the end of the session I felt extremely vivacious and centered and absent of the pain I had when I walked in 90 minutes before. What a blessing it was to have found Karen during my internet research! This first Thai Massage has not only changed my perspective on what is a 'good massage' but it has also changed my LIFE. Karen was extremely gentle and accomodating to my very stiff body. I liked that she explained the key elements of my problems to me and offered stretches to relieve the tension that I could not perform on my own. Her knowledge of the body, the connective joints / tissues / muscles was amazing. By far, one of the most therapeutic and valuable massages I have ever had. Karen helped to open my hips, back, neck, shoulders etc. where I experienced pain and identified tension in areas I did not even know existed. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt very comfortable- so much that I came for a 2nd visit during my vacation. The first time I felt your massage, it extended my hip opening much more than I could do myself and felt wonderful. I realized also how my shoulder area was so tight and tense. Because of my work, I sit in front of the computer a lot and I get a lot of tension in my shoulders - especially right side. I feel that it needs a lot of help. I found a lot of tightness in my body that I noticed when you touched. I feel that you help in moving my body a lot is good for my continued recovery and I would like to get your help once a week for a while. Thanks.

I really appreciated the high level of skill and sensitivity. My body felt heard and respected the whole session. Any doubts that might have crept into my mind (as a practitioner of bodywork in a client/receiving position) were dissipated by Karen’s abided listening touch.
